Best birth controls??

I was really set on the mirena, but I've heard way too many horror stories here lately. I'm not interested at all anymore.

I'm due in 5 weeks, and I know the first year after having a baby, you're the most fertile, so I'm tryin to be proactive 😇 So name some suggestions ladies!! I want another baby in the future, just not for a while

Mirena was amazing for me. I've recommended if to many people and they all absolutely loved it too. Don't pass it off too quickly.
I had no periods, no moodiness, no weight gain, and was pregnant within 2 months of removal. It was amazing for me.

I had the implanon in for a year and didn't have a period the entire year. Got it taken out and was pregnant within 2 months. It's good for 3 years.

If you know how your body works with progesterone ( the hormone in mirena) you should be fine. I have never been on progesterone before and gained 60lbs in 6 months

I was on seasonique (pill) which you had a period every 3 months.  I didn't experience any mood swings or weight gain either.  There are so many out there! Just personal preference and I guess deciding if you want a shot, the pill or other forms! :) Good luck!

I agree I've had two pregnancies and had the mirena inserted. No mood swings, no excessive weight gain, no periods. I  LOVED IT!
