Anyone else?

So I went to the hospital a week ago and was told I was 1 cm dilated and in early labour. During the past week I have got non stop contractions, cramping, pink discharge, backache, and everything else. I'm mentally and physically egsausted. But today I wake up and I'm fine nothing is wrong at all I feel great actually. Then after I eat breakfast I threw up. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you have your baby soon after?
