I went to e.r last night for bleeding and cramping. They did an exam and wanted to do an ultrasound just to make sure that everything is ok. As they were looking through the scan they saw the sac with no baby and right behind the sac was the hemorrhage. She basically told me that they needed my hcg levels to tell what was going on. That if they were in the 10,000 that she should have seen a baby with a heartbeart but if they were in the low 1,000s I just wasn't as far as I thought. I called today to see if my blood work had come back and she told me that my levels were 12,690 and that I have an unhealthy pregnancy and that my body should miscarry. I am so upset. Has anyone ever had this happen and if so what was your outcome?
