B6 (pyridoxine) is a miracle!
Last weekend I pretty much grew an attachment to my bed/couch laid up with nausea and just feeling lousy-I got fed up and started a 100mg daily b6 supplement after doing some reading and while I'm not 100% I can at least get up and function at work. Haven't felt like getting back to my old exercise routine just yet but I hope soon I will. I'm just over 7 Weeks and knew it would be a long road without some relief from feeling like puking all day long--give it a whirl if you want to try something besides ginger ale (The smell of ginger makes me ill so it wasn't an option for me). It takes 1-2 days to kick in but I wouldn't trade how I feel now compared to last weekend for anything!
