Is it bad....

I just left my 38 week appointment. Still not dilated. About 70% effaced now. She said like a fingertip, barely, so she couldn't do a sweep if she wanted to. She also said she is not allowed to do a sweep at 38 weeks anyways...anyways, she sent me over to the hospital for a non stress test. Is it bad I kinda want to fail so I can be induced today? I obviously want me baby healthy, I'm just done and tired of begging to be induced
