Condomssss

So I had sex 4 days ago with my boyfriend and we used a condom. He swore up and down when he came the condom was on but when we were finished and I went to the bathroom the condom was stuck(kinda weird and idk how) but on my butt and vagina area. Could sperm have come out of the condom when that happened? I keep over thinking that I could be pregnant but idk, I just keep thinking about the possibilitys.
