Okay, my boyfriend's diet sucks.....he only eats pizza, sausages and pasta.......and high processed foods with very little value. He plays a lot of football, so weight wise, he looks really healthy. I don't want to be a nag but, I really want him to at least try some vegetables and fruit. Anything that will balance his diet out a bit, but he's so stubborn. He's not even open to trying new foods. Part of me feels like he's a lazy eater haha. Any ideas on how to change how he sees fruit and veg?
Obviously I love him and I just want the best for him 😊
