I really need help (urgent)

so 3 weeks ago I had sex with my (ex?) boyfriend (It's complicated atm) and today I was at work and I started getting very sharp pains in my stomach and I couldn't figure out why, so I went to the bathroom to see blood all over my underwear and my period isn't due for over another week. and it's never on time, it's always late no matter what. so i started freaking out but I had to continue work, after my shift I got on my phone and was looking up symptoms of an early miscarriage and I'm pretty sure I miscarried and I didn't even know I was pregnant. can
