Worst night
I just had the worst night of my life. I had sleep paralysis, it's like it knows what gets to you because in it my mum was getting tortured (we're really close) and I couldn't help her or wake up from it. I just want to know if anyone else has experience it or if anyone can tell me why sleep paralysis happens???
