OBGYN not being helpful at all. advice?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant have been very swollen and super itchy I can't sleep at night, my blood pressure has also been high. I called my dr on Monday to ask when I should worry about blood pressure. They told me to wait until they got my liver function test back the next day before I worried and we would go from there. (Tuesday) well it's Practically Thursday and they still can't offer me and advice and say that my liver test came back elevated but they are still waiting on the other test. This is my first time being pregnant and I'm not satisfied at all with my care. Im debating on just going to the ER so I can get answers and be less stressed. I've been waiting all week to figure anything out and I'm getting very annoyed. Every time I call the dr office they are very rude. Should I just go to ER where they can run tests and get results then?
