Anyone been through this? Went to the doctors last week saw a yolk sac .. Came back today they saw nothing I'm supposed to be 7 weeks they took blood work to check my levels , they are calling me tomorrow .. Pretty sure I have miscarriaged.. Can't stop crying 😩ðŸ˜Â
