SLE & TTC

I'm 28 years old. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with SLE. My doctor told me this would be my ideal time to conceive is I wanted to have children. Although he told my if I do conceive I could miscarry due to thick placenta or my child could even have neonatal lupus or even a congenital Heart block. I've always wanted children, and now I'm so focused on what could be wrong with my future child that I my anxiety is making me have trouble conceiving. Any thoughts or ideas that could maybe relax me?
