Benadryl in first trimester?

Opinions on taking benadryl in first trimester? Most places in lookinh say it's fine.  I took it before I knew I was pregnant but stopped as soon as I figured it out. Now I'm 8 weeks, 3 days and I'm having an allergy attack of some sort and just wanna go to bed.

Think it's okay to take one pill?

Yes, it was on the ok to take list from my dr.

I live on it. I took trazodone to slee because i do.not.sleep. EVER. 
I work day and night shift and just have insomnia...benadryl at least helps me fall asleep ... Its not a "good" sleep but otherwise id be in HUGE trouble!

I did with first she's perfectly fine. Call your dr if you're worried though.
