I'm so confused about my ovulation and etc this month b/c my temps have been all over the place. I thought I ovulated, but my temps look weird. Can any of you bbt chart scholars help me figure out what's happening this cycle? TIA!

Are you taking it at the same time every day right before you even move? Setting an alarm to make sure your not late by even 5 mins? Leave it by your bedside so right when you open your eyes you can take it. It looks like you missed a lot of temps. Might he why it looks crazy. Remember, consistent is the key to BBT charting. It looks like you ovulated on CD 21 bc your temp went up the next day but I'm not certain as I'm just starting to temp this month too ✨
