Dreams - coincidence or no?!

I keep having dreams about pregnant. Being pregnant, giving birth etc. Then I had a dream that I rescued a puppy from a drain and then assisted it when it was giving birth! 
We've been TTC for a little while now but I am also obsessed with babies and am a nanny. So...

I had a dream I was pregnant and now I'm 9 weeks pregnant

I have dreams I'm pregnant all the time. I have dreams that I have my baby and I wake up wanting my baby and find myself very upset when I don't wake up to a baby. I'm not trying to conceive either. 
I've had a dream I found out I was pregnant and walked outside to breathe because I was freaking out and found a newborn baby in a dumpster that I end up adopting the same day I find out I'm pregnant. It's just crazy dreams.
