Calling all Menstrual Cup Users!
Hey guys, so I have had my menstrual cup for the longest time, but I have YET to make it work properly for me.
My problem is I have to fold it pretty small to get it inserted, and then once it is in, it's impossible for me to get it to open and suction.
Does anyone have any tips? What brand of cup do you use? How did you learn the best method for you? What folding method do you use?
Any tips at all would be great!
I am so determined to get it to work for me I just need some advice
