Testing in second tri - anyone have this experience?

Hi ladies. I got the early blood test at 10 weeks, a Nuchal translucency screen at 12 weeks, and a second blood test at 12 weeks. All came back low risk for abnormalities.
I have a 20 week anatomy scan later this month. Is it necessary to also get the quad screening if everything has been great so far? The quad screening is a blood test to test for Down's, trisomy 18, and spina bifida. the same stuff the other tests look for. Any of you getting the quad screening in addition to your other tests?
