Used car seat?

Okay so my cousin has an infant car seat, it's 3 years old and she bought it new. It has never been in an accident. Financially we can afford a brand new one - but I definitely trust my cousin so I am considering...

Check the expiration date and that it hasn't been recalled. :) Otherwise it should be good to go.

Yeah, you have to check the expiration date,  I think it's ridiculous that they have expiration dates on them, just a way for the company's to continue making money by forcing you to buy a new one when there's nothing wrong with the one you have.

Check expiration date,  if its good- take it! You can always buy another one.

I bought the graco click connect  so im giving a base to my mom.  Maybe you can give that car seat to your mom or whoever else will be helping with the baby

Depends on the expiration date. I'd still probably just get a new one to be safe.
