Realistically, how early can a baby be born and not die with the help of the NICU? They found out part of my csection scar is open from a defect of my previous csection and I've been having contractions since 18 weeks, which opens the scar even more... but my doctor doctors don't seem to be doing much because I'm only 20+6. Now i have to have my baby at 36-37weeks to avoid labor of any kind.
