Worried about morning after pill

Ok so I took a morning after pill after my first time (with a condom) about 3 months ago (I was very scared) and I had an early period about a week after that and then a second period about 4-5 weeks after that (after being very scared it hadnt worked) ... I'm getting worried again however as I should technically be on my period again now and of course I'm not...looking at my past cycles I've gone from 24-40 days between periods and I don't know if I should wait or do something because of course if I was to be pregnant it would be far along ahhh! If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
