Cervical cysts (nabothian cysts)

I just found out today from an ultrasound that I have these cysts on my cervix. Has any of you ladies ever had these or currently have them? Do they affect pregnancy at all? Just want some insight as I am feeling concerned and confused right now. Been doing lots of research and it says it shouldn't affect fertility but I'd love to hear real life stories. Thanks in advance.
