Painful Boobs

So I know I have 4 days till my AF comes (hoping that it doesnt) and I have been experiencing other symptoms but for now my Boobs are center topic .... for about a week now I have been having having tingling and a lot of pressure coming from my Boobs and is very uncomfortable.... I have tried going without a bra, which is like OMG painfully , hot showers, having them rubbed gently , and keeping a bra on (which seems to be less painful but doesn't stop) I have ran out of things to do and I would like to know if there is anybody who is feeling this same way and knows how they can help . If it's even possible
