Hips hurting.
I'm 40+3, and I literally can not even move in bed. My hips and back are excruciating and it's horrible :( I'm in tears it's crazy !!! Any tips? Besides Tylenol and heat packs, cause my partner is coming home from work to look after me. Help me :(
