Unexpected Pregnancy...S/O is making me doubt his feelings

I do not know where else I can go at this point. Is anyone else's significant other just really "blah" about the pregnancy?? He says of course he wants to keep it but that's about it. His unresponsive attitude is making me second guess this whole thing and it's breaking my heart. I feel so alone. We both have 5 year old boys from previous relationships....

I am afraid that I am going to end up doing this alone.... Again.

Any advice or kind words would be really appreciated right now.
