Anyone have horrible headaches ? 14 weeks pregnant.

I've basically had a mirgrane for three days and my midwife told me to take Tylenol. She said my blood pressure could be low.

Any tips on how to help this :(?

Extra strength Tylenol to take the edge off. Small can of Mountain Dew cause the caffeine helps migraines and a benedryl to help you sleep and when you wake up no more migraine! I had TERRIBLE migraines with my first and that's the concoction my midwife told me to take its always worked for me.

Try buying peppermint essential oil. Put a dab on both temples and at the back of your neck. Then heat up a rice pack in the microwave for a minute or so and put that over your eyes. My rice pack is literally fried rice sewn shut in some pretty fabric. Hope this helps!

Try drinking a crap tonne of water over a day, and see how you feel. Remember, we need extra fluids now that there is a little cute parasite growing and stealing our everything!

Mine were horrific for 10 days. I discovered that Tylenol and some caffeine was better than nothing. And, there's a pressure point between thumb and index finger. Get someone to rub hard. They should feel a knot. Rub for like 10 min. Totally helps

My doctor approved me to take Tylenol Ultra Relief. I had a headache for 6 days that eventually spawned into a migraine. I think mine is related to low BP also.

That tylenol and a hot shower worked wonders

I am trying to sleep it off as often as I can and but a cold wet towel over my eyes and it helps.
