I'm planning to call my doctor in the morning but, I'm just so anxious I would like some input tonight- I'm 27 weeks pregnant and tonight after dinner i decided to check my blood pressure in the grocery store, it was 140/88😳😳 I am freaking out now that I have hypertension!!! First off you should know that my arm didn't fit right in the cuff (does that matter?) it was extremely snug before I even started the inflation process- I am overweight so I typically need a bigger cuff, wasn't sure if the cuff size mattered, it was around my upper arm but like I said, was extremely snug, I kind of had to force my arm in there... Also I had just eaten dinner... Does that make a difference in blood pressure levels? God I am stressing out! 😩
