Baby maybe??

So today was my last day of fertility my ovulation day was yesterday. We've been trying all month. What would be the best time to test and see that I am with the best possibly results?? Do you have to already have symptoms if you are? I've had an ovarian cyst earlier this year that ruptured I don't know if that might be something to affect me in a bad way?? Really just worried.
