I haven't gotten my period in over 2 months-not pregnant

I went off birth control 3 months ago and have yet to get my period. I was on birth control for at least 7 years. I've skipped 2 periods. I haven't taken multiple pregnancy tests and got blood work done and I'm not pregnant. I went to the dr for a blood work up, but it's driving me nuts! Has this happened to anyone? Help! I need to commiserate with my fellow ladies 😁
