"Talking" to this guy

Okay so I'm "talking" to this guy and he seems to be flirting with a couple girls and I told him that I didn't like it and he stopped. But now he seems to be very jealous everytime I talk to any of my male friends. And now he won't even text me back. Do I continue to start something with him or move on
