I had a D&C on Nov 5th and was ovulating Thanksgiving week. We are ttc again and I still haven't started my period. I'm cramping like I should, but that's how I felt last time whe I was pregnant. I've taken 2 HPT though and they were both negative. I'm more fatigued than I have been since my D&C but my breasts don't hurt yet… has anyone every had a pregnancy right after a D&C? What were your experiences? I've heard many stories about women not even knowing until they were well into the 2nd trimester that they were pregnant after a D&C.
