Opk may have missed surge?

Hi ladies! It's my first month really "trying" but been using glow since march. and we are using clearblue opk this month. It picked up high fertility reading on cd9 and I'm on my 7th day of high readings at cd16. I had ewcm starting day before yesterday so would have thought I already o'd.

To confuse me further glow has kept me at 2.9% chance despite the high reading. I'm not like clockwork I range from 27 to 31 days, so it could be 14 days before the start of my cycle.

Has anyone "missed" their surge before and still ovulated?
