heart broken 😢💔

Just got home from the hospital. My heart is in so much pain. Miscarriaged my angel twins at 6w 4d. The most difficult day of my life. Still in so much pain. Wish this was just a bad dream. Trying to stay positive but I don't know how to i just wanna cry 😭😭
