Tears, tears, tears!

I am working from home at the moment as I'm feeling so ill. I had the TV on in the background and Jeremy kyle had a reunion special. A little boy came on the stage to meet his aunt for the first time and I just burst into full on tears and couldn't stop. I was annoyed with myself for wasting fluids too as don't feel like I'm drinking enough at the moment! Anyone else crying at really silly things?
