Running
I'm involved in a profession where I run a lot. Right now I am currently 4wks pregnant. Is it safe to run during the first trimester? I just don't want to get out of shape during this pregnancy and struggle to get back after the baby is born. My first appt is in 2 wks. I was going to ask the doctor then but 2 weeks is a long time not to run. Any thoughts moms?
