It doesn't matter if it matches or not.  It's all going to get food stains, piss stains and throw up on it anyways. As long as your baby is comfortable and safe is all that matters.

Im lucky if my outfit looks good together. Who cares! Its going to get dirty, and your baby is not going ti care if it matches and it does not make you less of a mother to have different patterns and colors on your baby items. If anything, it means you're more fun! Get whatever makes you happy, and yes....safety first! :)

It doesn't matter if it matches. First off is the carseat safe? If used has it ever been in a crash?  Do the breaks on the stroller work? Second.....it will get pee, poop, puke, food, drink, random baby sticky, boogers and dirt on it. As long as it is safe. Relax :) you are stressing to much.
