12 weeks pregnant and the love has turned to a battlefield

All we do is argue with my partner. What happened to the love we shared? I get so easily irritated and emotional that all he has to do is just say one thing and I loose it. I am fed up of all the fights and they are weighing me down that I am becoming miserable. Is there any ladies out there going through the same thing? Just running my bath right now ready to cry myself to sleep😔😔
