Pregnancy

Hello, I think I'm pregnant but I got blood work done and took pregnancy tests and still a negative. I'm supposed to get my period today but still nothing (usually get it the first morning pee) I had sex today and usually something like that will bring it on but no still nothing. My nipples strayed to become really sore today (to touch) I get light cramping but not constant and I've had weird food cravings. I don't feel like I'm going to get my period... Could I be pregnant ?
