Got my results from Dr. Today....💟💙💟💙

I am currently 12 weeks preggers (first pregnancy) and had my 12 week check up... Dr says he is 90% sure it's a girl... he says unless the baby has a teenie tiny penis than its a girl... here is my ultrasound... what do yall think?!
