I took the pill around two days after having unprotected sex. He didn't come in me, and we hadn't had sex any other time in the day but paranoia about precum and whatnot got to me. Lately in the the evenings and sometimes during the day I have light period-like cramps. I'm just wondering if that's normal after taking the pill? I know the pill messes with hormones,  I'm just wondering if it's normal or if maybe I'm pmsing. My period is supposed to come in two days, it doesn't help I've been stressing and I know that affects everything lol.
