I dont know what to do!! 😣😣

I have been bleeding on and off since november 12th some days it heavy and somedays its really light or nothing at all but I never go more than 2 days without bleeding. Ive tried getting a doctor appointment set up but then I never get a call back 😣 ive taken alot of pregnancy tests and all BFN. And I havent really noticed cramping but maybe 3 or 4 times. I dunno what to do it makes me cry cause I keep hoping it stops and it hasnt like im serously going on like day 25 of bleeding. 😭
