Best diaper bag for newborn/toddler?

I have a 22 month old and I'm due in two weeks with my second daughter. I'm trying to find a bag that isn't gigantic but is still functional enough for carrying around the essentials for a newborn and my toddler. I don't want to spend more than $120 if I can help it. Thanks in advance!!

I got a backpack one. That way I can wear the baby on the front, it on the back and hold my 3 year olds hand.

I had the usual cute purse type diaper bag with my first. This time around I'd much prefer a backpack diaper bag to keep my hands free. My daughters almost 5 and I want to be able to hold her hand as well instead of holding a bag. I got the one from SkipHop. I looked at JuJuBe and Petunia Picklebottom backpacks which were very cute, but didn't think the spending the extra money was nessecary. The attached photo is the one I have and it's definitely large enough to fit babys and my daughters things. You can look up videos on YouTube of women reviewing and demonstrating how much can actually fit in this bag :)

Look up the brand Bella Tunno! They are amazing bags, just got one for Christmas. They run about $85.

I got one from Vera Bradley when I had my daughter. It wasn't huge but I was able to put the things my twins needed plus the things my newborn needed with still some room.

I had a traditional diaper bag the first time where it is more of the duffel bag style. This time I wanted something j could carry on my back so I could carry my toddler and a car seat with my newborn. I love it! Mine is the Eddie Bauer brand but they are all similar. Tons of pockets and places for things. Also I wanted to have access to wipes on the outside of the bag. This doesn't hold a ton of wipes but it's a huge help when you need one ASAP and only have one hand!! Hope that helps!!
