A little paranoid

So the other day I had sex for the first time since April. And it was hardcore. Like amazing, rough, mind-blowing sex. My period ended 2 days prior, we used protection, I'm on birth control, all that. The day after I experienced what felt like period cramps, then today I'm bleeding a little. It's not too much, just kind of like a light period. I have another day or two, but I was wondering if I should take a Plan B pill? Pretty sure the condom didn't break or anything like that, but I'm still paranoid for some reason. I mistakenly forgot to pee after having sex; we did it 3 times. But that night I peed and used a feminine wipe, so hopefully that helped somewhat. Any advice? 🙁
