Can animals tell?

I recently just found out I'm pregnant. Litterally only a couple weeks along. But my dog has been doing silly stuff like this. 
He likes to sleep on my belly now and I'm just wondering if animals can tell if you're pregnant?

Yes they can! I read an article on babycenter I think it was.. that said not only can pets tell that you're pregnant, they can hear the baby's heartbeat and cries inside the womb! :) my dog knew I was pregnant and protected me. Some animals get overly protective to the point they won't allow anybody to touch you. What animals sense is the most beautiful thing ever :)

My husband and I didn't tell anyone until we had our first appt at 11 weeks. My parents dog became obsessed with me. She was always right next to me. And she would lay across my stomach like she was protecting me. I thought she was going to give away my secret. Because everyone was noticing how attached she was. Once we announced my parents were like "ahhh..that makes sense".  Now when I go over there and she even comes near me I'm like "Go away! I'm not pregnant again!"

My German shepherd is already a big mamas boy but he's 4.5 years old and doesn't follow me to the bathroom anymore. Until I got pregnant. He's glued to my side even when I sleep. 
He was resting his big ole head on my belly.

Yes they can! I have read a lot about it. Since I became pregnant my kitty started sleeping with me cuddling with me all through the night every night! Before she wouldn't even come in our room at night.

They can also tell you're the boss when you breastfeed. I've found other people's dogs do what I say when they can smell my milk.

They can. My dogs got extremely protective of me and my boyfriend's dog wouldn't let him near me

Yes they can really tell they have a feeling as well as we do but they over protect us they will sleep with you and literally chase you everywhere but is nice to know that someone is protecting you ❤️
