Morning sickness?!

How long can it take for morning sickness to kick in? Like I had sex a couple of days ago (unprotected) and he finished in me but I'm on the pill. I'm so paranoid that I'm pregnant because I've been feeling very Sick. Just the thought of food makes me want to throw up? Am I just being paranoid or could this be a sign that I may be pregnant?
