Need advice...

I've been with my boyfriend about 8/9 months now and at first he was really caring and affectionate and wanted to cuddle and kiss etc all of the time, wanted to come and see me whenever he could, but lately he doesn't want to at all, he'll come to see me and then moan that we see eachother too much and that I get annoying which is fair enough but we only see eachother twice/three times a week which I think isn't really that much! We don't live together and rarely stay over in eachothers houses, I guess lately he's just making me feel like he doesn't love me anymore, I ask him and he says he does but he doesn't show it, and after an argument the other day I said to him I feel like we're not as close and you don't fancy me anymore and he said he does he just doesn't show it? Then when I tried to get an explanation about why he doesn't want to show me that he still fancies me and wants us to be close he wouldn't even answer me he changed the subject completely and then went to sleep, I feel so unappreciated cause when I try to make the effort for us to spend time together and do nice things he never wants to, he doesn't feel like sex anymore because he thinks he finishes too quick, even though I tell him all the time everything about sex is fine for me he still says he's rubbish at it so he doesn't want to do it, and I try explaining to him that just giving up and never doing it again isn't going to solve anything it's not going to make him last longer and it's not going to make our relationship healthy, I really am just past knowing what to do, any advice would be really appreciated, sorry for the really long post!
