Insecure about s/o's Ex

My s/o facetimed with his ex yesterday and I said hi to her and everything :'), but I still get insecure every time they speak or even text each other. :( I'm very insecure as it is, and id text my old friend id use to mess around with from time to time to help him out with his problems because he's suicidal and going through a hell of alot with school and his family, but hell to the no will I ever face time him nor snap chat because those carry temporary messages and video chats don't have any at all. I only text, so incase he gets insecure or wants to see any messages, he can go through the text messages or my Facebook. I could care less. But I can't get over the part about him snapchatting her and video chatting her.

He says "that's my homie" or "that's my nigga for Real". I texted him asking if he wouldn't text another woman or speak to another woman in any way I didn't agree with

He said no he wouldn't. I said ok. I said I was just acting through my insecurities. Were gunna talk about it when he gets home but idk what to say... I'm not gunna tell him to stop talking to her or anything....I just...I don't know :( help please..
