Weight gain confession :/

I've been pretty consistent with my weight gain since the beggening of my pregnancy. But this weigh in I gained a whopping 10 pounds. I felt it creeping up on me, I became heavier and slower. To be honest I wasn't consist this month with my workouts and I've been slacking. With 2 other kids to look after and their school work plus house work I've neglected my gym. I'm looking for some motivation and tips to slow down the weight gain. I started off at 165 and now I'm 188 :( with my first I gained 70 pounds, lost it all in 11 months and then gained 35 with my second. Lost it all in 8 months. This time I just don't want to be too heavy and struggle with the weight loss afterwards. Help hep help!
