Past mistakes

We have been ttc for 13 months now and nothing is happening. We conceived 4 years ago without trying (obviously) but decided to have the abortion pill. we were young and not ready. Now tonight on cd 2 I'm looking back at old pictures of when I was pregnant but didn't even know at the time. I really need some advice at this point. I feel like in just tourturing myself😢
