Should I go to the hospital? Is labor approaching?

For the past hour I've been having cramps so bad I can hardly walk, I had lots of string snotty discharge that had a little blood in it, backache, and some diarrhea. Should I go to the hospital or should I wait?

What would you be waiting on Hun? Best to go to L+D and they send you home than you not go at all. Better to be safe than sorry

If you can't walk through them you're In labor

You should be timing your cramps, possible contractions. If they are 5 minutes a part, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour or more, call labor and delivery and head in. Or if your water breaks.

You need to go in. You could very well be in labor. Sounds like you are to me. It's normal to be uncomfortable late in pregnancy but not to the point you can't walk during your cramps. Better safe than sorry! Good luck!
