Need some positive thoughts...

Hi ladies, I am 11 weeks 4days today and haven't gone to the doctor since I was 7weeks 3days. Everything was fine baby's heartbeat was 160😊 but I am just so worried because I haven't been to the doctor since then and reading all these missed miscarriages has me feeling very worried. I hope and pray my little baby is doing great in there. Please give me some positive thoughts. Very much needed!😔
